Telma has over 30 years of clinical experience and focuses on active adults and active-aging clients (40-80+) who want to maintain strength, mobility, and an active lifestyle.

She attends weekly Pilates, Yogalates, group drumming, belly dance, and line dancing — blending lived experience with clinical expertise.
